LE PROJET
‘PAVILION’ est un espace couvert surmonté par un foyer à l’intérieur de la structure de support. Créé pour satisfaire des besoins artistiques d’événements temporaires (espace de concerts, performances, danses, théâtre), il a pour objectif de s’implanter dans le milieu urbain.
Le public devient « acteur » de l’espace grâce à un système électrochimique qui détecte le CO2 émit dans l’air. La toile tendue s’agrandit quand l’émission est importante.
THE PROJECT
Pavilion is a roofed space with the surrounding foyer inside the steel support structure. The borders of the pavilion can be either determined clearly by closing the curtains surrounding the outline of the roofing.
The system can dynamically respond to changing conditions, giving the impression of move of the whole facility and a kind of suspension of the roof growing more or less depending on the CO2 emission (electrochimical system).
